BOSU Ball cobra is a great dynamic posture improving exercise.
The forward shoulder posture is common in many people because of our lifestyle.
The BOSU cobra strengthens the muscles which are weak and lengthened in the upper back and rear shoulders while stretching the antagonist muscles (pecs) which are prone to tightness.
Always keep thumbs up (arms externally rotated) during this exercise. Glutes tight and core drawn in as well.
